Week 11 – The Power of Thought

The power of thought has been overlooked by most of us, including me. Until I started on this journey with the Master Key Mastermind Alliance, I didn’t realize just how much negative thoughts influenced my life on a daily basis. Negative thoughts were about to drive me out of a job I’ve had for 18 years. I allowed the actions of others to suck me in and build a dark cloud around me. I was spiraling out of control with bitterness at the situation.

You might ask, “Whose fault was it?” Well, it was my own. I alone allowed the negative thoughts to creep in. I alone joined in the “complaint” conversations with others. Now, I have learned through this journey with MKMMA that I can change that very existence just by replacing those negative thoughts with positive ones. This, my friends, is the Law of Substitution. It states that you cannot think about two things at the same time.

Replacing negative thoughts…better yet, not allowing them in…has made each of my days since so much happier. That dark cloud has completely vanished, and each day that I greet with love in my heart just makes my smile brighter. I can even see it in the lives that I touch.

The power of thought is limitless. Everything you think about directly impacts your life in one way or another. Your thoughts influence your actions and reactions. They can make you or break you. It’s your choice.

All our thoughts are ours alone. It is a gift to be able to realize this and accept it by changing previous negative thoughts in exchange for a positive belief and thought process.
